Why a readiness review
Preparedness must be demonstrated, not simply documented.
Many organisations have comprehensive emergency response and crisis management plans. The existence of these documents does not, on its own, demonstrate that an organisation is ready to manage a major incident.
An independent review examines whether people understand their responsibilities, whether leadership teams can make informed decisions under pressure, and whether arrangements will function when circumstances become challenging — identifying vulnerabilities that routine internal reviews may overlook.
