What we collect

When you submit an enquiry we collect your full name, organisation, business email address, area of interest and the content of your message.

How we use it

• To respond to your enquiry and any follow-up discussion you request.
• To keep a record of correspondence with prospective and existing clients.

Our lawful basis is your consent, given when you submit the form, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.

Retention

Enquiry records are kept only as long as necessary to respond and maintain appropriate business records, after which they are securely deleted.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal information, or withdraw consent, at any time by emailing JamieMcDonald@Northstarstrategicgroup.co.uk. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
